The following is a re-post from www.hacres.com/diet. I share the post but urge you to also visit the Hallelujah Acres website and especially hope you will read Rev. George Malkmus’s most recent post regarding the life force in our body cells and those of every living/created thing–animal or plant. This site has great recipes and gardening tips as well. I use their Barleymax and just put a small scoop in my fresh vegetable juice each day.
Your living body needs living food.
By replacing dead, processed food with fresh, healthy fruits and vegetables, you’re giving your body the fuel it needs to renew its living cells. And that means your body will be healthier, stronger, and more powerful – no matter what your age!
“And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for [food].”
Genesis 1:29 is God’s original diet for mankind. In it, He gives man a plant-based diet of foods packed with living enzyme – the life force that enables the body to regenerate its living cells at a stable or improved state.
By contrast, today’s “standard American diet” consists mainly of nutritionally empty, processed foods that are often laden with sugar and artery-clogging fat. This kind of diet is void of living enzymes, which causes degenerated cells and ultimately, disease.
Is it any wonder that the serious diseases that plague the world today can be prevented and reversed by simply changing what we eat?
Better food makes better cells and enables the immune system to function properly—to fight off and defeat virtually any disease, including heart disease and cancer. Given the right fuel, the body is literally self-healing.
We have received thousands of testimonies over the years that proclaim this powerful truth. Plus, Hallelujah Acres has completed several research projects that provide solid, documented evidence regarding the benefits of eating a plant-based diet.
Whether you begin The Hallelujah Diet immediately or begin gradually replacing salty chips, sugary desserts and processed meats with fresh vegetables, juicy fruit and hearty beans and nuts, you’ll soon feel a huge difference.
If a slow change is easier for you, that’s OK; but it will take longer for you to feel more vibrant and energized. However, small, steady steps are better than no steps at all. And the more changes you make, the faster you’ll be on your way to empowering your self-healing body!
