Link to Book Page on Amazon.com:
To all my loyal readers all over the world, I am so grateful for your patience in waiting for this book and I pray it will bless you. The print version is available NOW on amazon.com and the link under the cover photo above should take you directly to it.
The Kindle version (which can be read on phones and tablets using a Kindle app that is free to download) is a few days away from completion. It may first appear on a separate page of Amazon but eventually the two pages will be merged and both versions will appear on one page.
It takes a bit of time for the webcrawlers to pick up key words and all that to be sorted out in cyberspace; however, you can get the book (opening with a 5% discount for print version making it $17.09 instead of $17.99). I tried to keep this 248 page book as modestly priced as I could considering all the investment in publishing it. The Kindle version will be only $9.99.
The book has 5 appendices full of helpful information and resources.
So let’s do this…..let’s “slam the door on cancer and lock it out of our lives” as our amazing Creator designed us to.
This book is informative and empowering for both prevention and healing.
Blog readers, I appreciate your patience in waiting for this book to publish. We are within 5 days of publishing (We should be “live” on amazon.com by May 15th at the latest. I will post on both blogs the minute the book can be ordered in print and Kindle formats. Print is $17.99 and Kindle is $9.99. If you have a computer, tablet, smart phone, you can download a free Kindle ‘app’ and get the Kindle version for your device. In the meantime, please visit the new blog that accompanies the book:
This new blog is already launched and offers several posts, totally new graphics, new home pages, new resources, a direct link to my exercise video, and more encouragement and information.
This blog will remain and I intend to post on it bi-weekly at least. I will be posting on the “Slam the Door” blog on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in the beginning.
While writing this post, my mail carrier brought a surprise package I also want to share with you. Last July, I shared with you that I had attended Pastor Tony Kemp’s School of Supernatural Ministry in Nashville, TN. (The next one is in Denver, CO. in July 2014) www.tonykempministries.net . I shared with you that I had met Allison and Jeff Pearson at the Kemp School and they were producing a wonderful healing Scripture CD entitled “Letters From Jesus on Healing”. I received a gift sample of the CD at that time. My mail carrier brought the finished product today and it is amazing.
I urge you to go to the Pearson’s “New Creation Nation Ministry” website which is: www.lettersfromjesus.com This gift is something you will want to give to any loved one facing any disease because it is one of the most professional and sensitive audio CD’s I’ve ever heard presenting the Healing Scriptures in the format of a letter from Jesus and the compelling soaking music is done by Psalmist, Janie Duvall.
The CD comes in a beautiful book/box along with a parchment scroll of the entire “script”.
So often we hear of hurting and fearful loved ones and we want to empower them to heal. This CD with the Words of God and the anointed music are exactly the gift that will bring THE power of healing—-the REAL power for healing to your loved ones. We know from Scripture that the Word of God is living and powerful and we know the power of anointed music to actually change our body and soul (which cannot be separated as you will learn in Slam the Door on Cancer. Science and Scripture join in these anointed powerful healing tools.
Be blessed by these fresh anointed tools for healing!

Re-Post of Healing Scriptures:
I re-post these occasionally so they stay more readily available and readers don’t have to search archived years. I’ll try to do it more often. When the new blog is launched with the book, I’ll try to get these always on home page somehow. That is just a few weeks away I think.
These audible healing scriptures are among the most visited and searched for posts on the blog. I did them myself and they aren’t polished and professional but they are from the heart of one who has, herself, benefitted with great healing after saturating my body/mind with God’s Word. His Word becomes flesh–mine and yours–when we listen and speak His promises.
Bless you as you listen. #1 is without music, #2 and #3 include background music.
Click the titles below to listen or right click to save link as a download. These are not copyrighted and you are welcome to use and share these audio files. The background music was contributed by a friend of mine who is also victorious over cancer.
Be patient with the first audio and make certain your volume is high. There are a couple of seconds of silence before the audio starts. Please contact me if it doesn’t play for you.

A few nights ago I attended a small gathering of women from my little village church. It was a warm, loving group who treated me as though they had known me for years as they had each other.
I know that two of the women dealt with cancer in years past (one of them twice) and the conversation turned to begging their daughters to test for the “breast cancer gene”. Another said, “I don’t want to know about genes like that.” The reality of “focus” and “fear” came to mind and I mentioned the science of epigenetics which shows us how we are not slaves to our DNA because diet, sleep, and environment impact our genes as life goes on. I was met with puzzled stares so I went no further. Again, I saw the enemy’s lies glazing over the eyes and ears of good people and propagating the “victim mentality”. I thought, “God, you gave me this book, but who’s going to ‘get it’?” I heard in my spirit, “I just told you to write it…….The ‘getting it’ part is not your job.” The book I refer to is the one I just finished writing, Slam the Door on Cancer….and Lock It Out of Your Life, which is being edited for publish early 2014.
Following the potluck which consisted of one fresh salad (I brought and mostly ate), 5 rich casseroles, a selection of cake and pie as well as sodas laced with aspartame, we gathered around the tree to exchange “secret pal” gifts and sing carols.
The leader of the group, a highly anointed woman of God, seemed a bit weary and admitted it. She’s recovering from foot surgery, but while leading prayer, she shared that “every person in her family was dealing with something that she couldn’t help them with” and the holiday season was amplifying the difficulty.
Being new to the church, I was reluctant to interject a great deal, but, in my heart, I prayed that all of these women would read my book, Slam the Door on Cancer……and Lock It Out of Your Life, when it comes out (I hope Jan or Feb 2014). I have obediently shared, in this book, “downloads” from the Lord paralleling Scripture and science with fresh insights to bring encouragement and hope into just such “life stuff” as these precious women mentioned.
Our “leader” emphasized how especially tough it is to deal with adversity during the holidays. It so happens that my own worst bout with cancer was during Christmas a number of years ago. Of course I have enjoyed many bright, wonderful, and blessed Christmases since that very painful and difficult one. Yet, I look back on that one not with sorrow but with a tremendous sense of peace and joy because my focus was simplified in that situation.
I had surgeries in early December that year; was kept unconscious for days between surgeries; experienced severe systemic infection requiring isolation; and yet somehow met the minimum requirements for hospital discharge late on Christmas Eve. During my “induced coma”, I “heard” Handel’s “Messiah” sung exquisitely and it sustained me. During the post surgery recovery, my daughter actually saw my “angel of light” hovering by my ICU bed and was given peace. Once discharged, the 4 hour drive home in heavy rain was dark and difficult, yet wonderful because I was going home for Christmas. I was too physically weak to celebrate, but oh how wonderful to sleep in my own bed and hug my grandchildren. I was blessed at a visceral level.
I’m certain the pre-mature hospital discharge was due to doctors thinking this might be my last Christmas. They meant well, and it turned out well even though I was air lifted back to that hospital a week later after serious internal bleeding.
What I want to share now is HOPE! I no longer have routine scans looking for cancer; however, I do twice yearly blood tests including tumor markers. This week, after tests, my internist told me I was the healthiest person seen in his office. ALL my labs were absolutely perfect. My energy, appetite, sleep, joy, and peace are dead center of “perfect”. This report was a nice Christmas blessing. I do not fear that cancer can return because I keep my body inhospitable to it as I explain in the coming book.
So, if you or a loved one are dealing with cancer this Christmas, you CAN look forward to future Christmases of “perfect peace and joy”….. and health. My story of overcoming pancreatic cancer is not special because it was pancreatic cancer. Nor is it special because of a “miraculous instantaneous event”. The story is one of an interactive miracle in which God, who wants us all to be healed, led me in a divine “connect the dots” process of miraculous healing.
God, who IS love, wants you healed, period. Everything is in place for that healing. In this blog are many things I learned from the “dots” God and I co-labored to connect. Especially, check out the April 2013 posts and please watch for the book coming out early 2014. I also urge you to listen to the Healing Scripture audios available in posts under that label here in this blog. We will launch a second blog with the book and it will be www.slamthedooroncancer.com .
Look forward to the Christmases when cancer will be behind you forever! God does.

What Two Things Do I Most Often Share When Someone Asks Me About Beating Pancreatic Cancer?
Sometimes I encounter people or friends of people who have just heard “the C word” and, knowing my own story regarding pancreatic cancer, they ask my advice or “how I did it”. Usually we have very little time to chat and I always want to be encouraging. I always share the link to this blog, and, over the years, I’ve realized that the two specific things I find myself mentioning most are:
1. Charles Capps’ book, God’s Creative Power.
2. Dr. Johanna Budwig’s “Oil-Protein Protocol”.
There are several references and posts to both of these resources on this blog and certainly more information is available within the writing of both of these highly insightful and brilliant people.
The Capps’ book, in the “Gift Collection” which is a small leather book, has an amazing simple explanation of the principles that underpin the practical tools within this little book. So, by referring folks to this book, I can move them into great power for taking charge of their own situation which is absolutely key and critical for returning to health.
The “Budwig Protocol” can be powerfully healing regardless of any other treatment choices a person makes. [And, hopefully, those decisions are made AFTER dialogue with the Lord in which they listen for His rhema or spoken word within their soul.]
The “Budwig Protocol” is simply using organic cold pressed Flax Oil (Barleans has served me well for years and years and is widely available.) This oil mixed with either yogurt, cottage cheese, or kefir (yogurt milk) makes the essential fatty acids in the oil water soluble and easily used in even a disease ridden body. It brings to our important cell membranes certain important components and it brings solar electrons and photons to each cell to restore that cell’s ability to generate electrical energy. The science upon which it is based has stood the test of much time and scrutiny.
I want my regular blog readers to know I have posted less often lately because I am hard at work on my book, Slam the Door On Cancer, and Lock It Out of Your Life. I will keep you posted when the book becomes available which I believe will be early 2014. It will cover material in this blog; however, it will bring fresh insights I believe will bring great HOPE to readers.
